Disclaimer

Please read this notice before relying on any output produced by the Site. By using the Site you acknowledge and accept the following.

1. Provided "As Is"

The Site and all of its features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

2. No Guarantee of Conversion Results

Format conversion (e.g., Office to PDF, PDF to Word / Excel / PPT) relies on open-source engines to parse and rebuild documents. Complex layouts, unusual fonts, formulas or embedded objects may deviate; output is not guaranteed to match the original file exactly.

OCR accuracy depends on image quality, fonts, language and layout, and is not guaranteed to be 100% correct.

Compression applies lossless or lossy image processing according to the selected strategy; please verify output quality yourself.

3. Verify Important Documents

For documents with serious purposes — legal, financial, medical, tendering, etc. — always compare the output against the original before use; when necessary, use professional software or human review.

Output from the Site does not constitute professional advice.

4. Keep Your Original Files

We recommend keeping a backup of original files before using the Site. The Site is not responsible for files lost or damaged during processing due to browser crashes, cache clearing, misoperation or similar causes.

5. Third-Party Components

The third-party open-source engines the Site depends on (see the Open Source Licenses notice) are provided "as is" under their own licenses; their behavior and quality are the responsibility of the respective projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its output.

If certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted in those jurisdictions.
