Merge PDF
Merge multiple PDFs into one file online, free. Drag to reorder pages. Runs locally — your files are never uploaded.
Merge PDF lets you combine multiple PDF documents into a single file in seconds — consolidating reports, stitching together scans, or assembling loose material into one coherent document without switching between applications.
Upload your files and drag the cards to set the order, or switch to Page mode to rearrange, duplicate or delete single pages and insert blank separator pages. Merging never re-compresses content, so original quality and text layers are preserved.
Everything runs locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded to any server, so contracts, invoices and other sensitive documents stay private.
How to use
- Select PDF files — Drop in or pick several PDFs; you can keep adding files before merging.
- Set the order — Drag the cards in File mode, or switch to Page mode for page-level rearranging and blank-page insertion.
- Merge and download — Click Apply and your browser generates the merged PDF for download.
Use cases
- Combine reports — Merge monthly or quarterly reports into one annual document for easier distribution and archiving.
- Receipts & invoices — Turn scattered invoice and receipt scans into a single attachment for accounting.
- Build portfolios — Assemble project documents, certificates and work samples into one professional portfolio.
FAQ
Is there a file count or size limit?
No artificial limits. Processing happens locally, so what you can handle depends on your device memory — documents of a few hundred pages run smoothly.
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Merging simply concatenates pages without re-compressing content, so the output is roughly the sum of the input sizes.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Encrypted or structurally damaged PDFs may fail to open. Check the file with View metadata first to confirm it can be read.
