Extract Tables
Extract tables from PDF online, free: detect table regions and export them as CSV or Excel.
Detects table regions in a PDF and extracts them as editable data you can export to CSV or Excel — no more retyping cell by cell.
Rows and columns are inferred from the text layer and ruling lines, so regular tables work best; scanned documents and heavily merged cells should be proofread after export.
Everything runs locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded to any server.
How to use
- Upload a PDF — Drop in a document containing tables.
- Choose range and mode — Limit the pages and pick page-based or region-based extraction.
- Export CSV / Excel — Check the detected tables, then export the spreadsheet.
