Bookmark titles are stored in UTF-16, so Chinese and other non-Latin scripts display correctly, and existing bookmarks are read in for further editing.

Everything runs locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded to any server.

How to use

1. Upload a PDF — Existing bookmarks are read automatically.
2. Edit the entries — Add, rename or retarget entries, or generate them per page.
3. Save and download — Export a PDF with the new outline.
