Sign PDF

Sign PDF online, free: draw or type a signature and place it on any page. Local processing, never uploaded.

Add an electronic signature to a PDF: draw it by hand or type it, then drag to position and resize. You can sign different pages of the same document.

The signature is overlaid on the page content as a vector, so the output is ready to send back or archive. Use Flatten Forms afterwards if you need to lock form fields in place.

Everything runs locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded to any server.

How to use

  1. Upload a PDF — Drop in the document to sign.
  2. Create a signature — Draw it by hand or generate one from typed text.
  3. Place it and export — Drag it into position, then export the PDF.

FAQ

Is this a legally binding electronic signature?

This tool applies a visual signature — your drawn signature overlaid on the PDF — without a digital certificate or timestamp. It is not a qualified electronic signature, so use a dedicated signing platform for important contracts.

Can I sign several pages of the same document?

Yes. Each signature you add becomes a separate draggable element, so you can place them on different pages and export everything at once.

Can I save a signature for reuse?

The drawing only lives in the current page session and is cleared on refresh. To reuse a signature, keep it as an image and upload it through the Stamp tool instead.
